Bruce and McInnes congratulate Grampian police12.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Wed 21st Oct 2009 Commenting on the Scottish Policing awards which saw Grampian Police win 9 prizes. North East MSP Alison McInnes said: "I congratulate Grampian Police on achieving nine awards at the inaugural Scottish Policing Awards. It is important that the hard work and dedication of our local police officers is recognised. All the officers mentioned should be rightly proud of their achievements." Malcolm Bruce the MP for Gordon added: "Congratulations to all the Grampian officers involved who won prizes at this inaugural event. This will send a real message of confidence not only to all personnel in the force but to the general public as a whole that Grampian police are working hard to pioneer new projects and initiatives which will continue to help them engage with our local communities and make them safer.
